Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it  (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are provided for all items (except accessories).

Item in sales category or value buy is strictly not allowed to return or exchange.

New in items only allowed to return. Same value of credit voucher will be given once received return parcel.

We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. This normally takes 2-3 working days.

Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed. 

Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and custom duty for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
